UPS says it was delivered to the UPS store confirmed by GPS. The UPS store says it was not delivered to them. UPS says the stores are privately owned and UPS is not responsible. The store says it was the delivery driver’s fault. Please use the postal service if the package is an important document. Christian: it was sent from your store to a store in Utah. UPS claims department told me on the phone they can tell by GPS it was delivered to the UPS store. The UPS store said they have no one at the store with the name who signed for it. Either UPS claims is lying or the store is lying. Either way no one will help by talking to the driver to see where he delivered it. UPS customer service and the store could care less. This process is just not secure or trustworthy.
