- HFHeather FerraiuoloOct 31, 20251.0I have been standing here for 15 minutes listening to this woman's phone call regarding work related issues. Certainly, they could have held for a minute. No, "I will be right with you", or anything. I was standing alone and she walked towards the back. I haven't felt welcomed by any of the town's businesses since we moved here a couple of weeks ago. I will likely go broke though, from the gem of a Mexican restaurant we have here, and the regular neighbors are friendly and helpful. It's not a good look when the government businesses are rude. 🤷♀️

I hate this system It's very irritating, I hate speaking to machines What ever happened to voices from human beings?The machines are taking over.I don't have the time to talk to machines Shortcuts ! please answer the phone speak to a human being when we called Not put on machines. So impersonal.It would have only taken me about 5 minutes to find out what I needed to find out, it took me longer than that just to talk to the machine and trying to get a hold of a human being that I could talk to.
