  Very nice experience always - this place is very clean, and on the poster bulletin board there's always plentiful cards for services, lost pets, upcoming events and etc.. And, most of all, the post office individual working there is beyond helpful and understanding, and most amicable; she takes the extra time and energy to help– Just today, I had placed some mail in the slot to be shipped off; and then, very close to closing time, even near closing time, she took the time (genuinely considerately, and, despite close to closing time, she helped me greatly to ensure that all my mail was collected as she had emptied already the mail place outside where it is shipped off– however, I I had not yet finished putting my items in the slot, inside; still, as I posed the question as to whether I could complete putting my items in the slot to be collected to ship off because of the fact I still had a few things to place into the slot inside. Her response to my enquiry as if I could finish sending my items, - (again, it was even very near to closing time; her reply was most amicable as she assured me she was going to go back inside just to be sure my 3 or so items would be sent off into the bin outside. Also, just very refreshing is her kind nature and most pleasant as she is truly willing and pleased to assist with all questions and requests on items such as when I inquired about the limited edition stamps in the office, all my questions and requests are taken into genuine consideration. With the stamps, the office was about to close for today, her assistance assured, in kindness and patience was assuredly considerance to go out her way even, in order to answer as in taking the time and effort and, with refreshing patience in assisting with my requests and inquiries; all is done so in pleasant kindness, in true care to ensure all my inquiries are answered and fulfilled in the best ways possible. And, in going these extra miles to be to assist, it is clear that she is not only willing, but also pleased to help. Overall, she is always happy to assist - even in answering my questions regarding the stamps, as she was pleased to show me all the numerous limited-edition stamps whether they are displayed or whether they are in the book of stamps that is behind the counter; and, she even not only answered my questions regarding that which each set of limited-edition stamp stood for, but also fulfilling my requests regarding further explanation of each stamp's meaning. – This is not only appreciated due to the acts themselves which that demonstrate *what* she does alone; but, what is appreciated even more than by *what* she does; even more and most appreciated is *why* she does these extra efforts, which is in the kind nature and caring and considerate thoughtfulnness in doing so; and, *how* (the way in which) she demonstrates these efforts, which is in kind patience and in the genuine willing desire in every thing she does.

  So much better than the one on Main street in town. At least they get it right. Main street is a horrible headache always getting it wrong.

  Since my mail delivery line moved from West Point to Shacklefords, the service has been horrible. I’m not sure why so many of my packages had to be picked up now at the post office, except the box the says I don’t feel like delivering it. This includes packages that will fit in the box. When mail and packages are delivered almost daily they are delivered to other address in the neighborhood or we receive someone else’s mail. Even mail for people on totally different streets. The service in the past three weeks has been horrible.
