Professional and efficient...AND THEY OPEN EARLY. Not at all what I'm used to where I reside!!!! BACK AGAIN 3 months later...Another COA, last one was as POA, this one as executor. Other post office branches are COMPLETELY unaware how to execute such a COA properly. After 1 month of foul ups, delayed mail, failed COA attempts, returned to Sealston and KATHLEEN assured me she would get it right. And she did. A real pro. Thanks AGAIN.
