They mark address not available when they dont feel like delivering your packages I WAS AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY AT 215! no one was even here! My mail was deliverable but a small (seriously very small box) wasn't able to be placed in the box! Make it make sense This is a normal for scottsville post office they mark things delivered and you see them days later (if ever) or address not available when its a clear driveway and large box! Wasn't even raining nor cold i was walking my pup at the time it was marked this time! And dont waste your time calling they dont care to touch their phone i even called the 1800askusps thats automated only. So local ignores you and 1800 is automated. God help you if you truly needed help! I JUST WANT MY PACKAGES!!! for them to stop picking and choosing when 2 cars went by today (like i said my mail came but no package)

- CBChelsi BishopJul 31, 20251.0For the past year now I’ve been getting mail at my address and have never had a problem now for the last month or two my mail carrier is stating my mail box needs to be raised or they are suspending my delivery. Not to mention everytime I turn around my mail box is left open rain or shine. The mail I do receive in my box is bent even if it says do not bent. And the rest of my mail gets left at the post office stating that they have tried to deliver when they didn’t and when asked why they say it doesn’t fit in my box. My issue is more with my carrier than it is the post office but they don’t do anything to resolve the issue either considering you can never get them on the phone.

- HÆthañ HFeb 5, 20185.0I don't know why those other folks are bad mouthing the great folks at Scottsville P.O. Either they're unreasonably impatient or perpetually angry or both nor have any tolerance for the shortcomings of everyone but themselves. The Post Office isn't a fast food place, and many of these folks have no patience either at McDonald's or Taco Bell or when waiting for their microwaved food to be ready. I've had nothing but excellent and cordial service from all the employees. I'm not just saying this because they are regular acquaintances in the community, I'm saying this because I've never had better service in any other post office in the US. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
