This has happened over and over and over again. Anything bigger than a letter gets held and not delivered. It's to the point I'm contacting USPS customer service. I would not recommend this office for anything.

I’ve been told over and over again different dates that my key will be ready and here it is 2 1/2 months into this STILL no key. I literally have to drive 30 minutes to get my mail I HATE it. Smh
