  Landon and Daylan are amazing young men that work so hard at the Salem, Va store. They are friendly, efficient and kind. They are knowledgable and very helpful! They are both an asset to the company!

  Great customer service! Manager went above snd beyond helping with My Amazon return, i picked Staples, but i wanted return to UPS. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I TOTTALY RECOMEND UPS SALEM!!!

  One of the best run stores in Salem. Certainly, a premier UPS store. Marcio and Daylan are so helpful and polite. I really appreciate their patience because my wife does way too many returns.

  Went in this morning to ship a package. Owner was extremely polite, informative, and helpful. I believe that when he was first getting the store organized it was super busy, he didn't have a lot of help, and I'm afraid that some people may have mistaken his focus and work as being impolite. What I see is a man that's working hard to make sure the business runs properly and provides a much needed service to the community. Really thankful for his help, and grateful to have a quality shipping option right here in Salem.

  I mailed a package Jan 20th from this store, paid extra to have it delivered in like 4 days the package got lost. It finally arrived over a month later. It was broken & the food was old. It was a birthday gift. I filed a claim they claimed they paid me. I looked on my reg. Bank and my credit card- Nothing. Me and mom have been calling ups trying to find where they deposited the $. Been in the store twice- No Help! My mom went again 02/28/26 spoke to the manager left my name #. He said he would check into it and let us know something 03/02 or 03/03/26. Haven't heard anything from him! This is very bad customer service!! How can I find out where my money is at?? Called ups corporate- on march 5th. Are still claiming it has been paid but it's funny I cannot find that on my credit card or my bank account so now I'm going to have to print everything off from the end of January till now to prove to them that they have not paid me the money. This is crazy!! More time, gas, and now I have to go somewhere and pay to print the financial information to prove to them they have not paid me back... so here's an update I went and checked my mail again and guess what I went and checked my mail and they had mailed me a check it was in my mailbox today wow I cannot believe it took that long to get it the check was dated February 6th but the lady at UPS Corporate not 2 hours ago wanted to argue with me that it was electronically deposited into my checking account she owes me an apology Then she didn't understand why I got so upset it's ridiculous the runaround you get and they don't know what they're doing you told me it was electronically deposited no it wasn't took 4 weeks to get it in the mail!!! Emily Oh I plan on filing with BBB this is ridiculous.....
