    The absolute worst experience ever! Completely rude and extremely unprofessional! Will never return to this location for anything! If you are looking for courtesy and well mannered people to help you with your shipping needs, most definitely do NOT come to this location!!!

    Been coming to this location for superior customer service for a long time. Young person working the counter this afternoon was a total disrespectful person and needs to be retrained or replaced. While I was there he was rude to every person he spoke to luckily the other man waited in me.

    Great customer service! Manager went above and beyond helping us with an Amazon return. My wife (by mistake) chose Staples for the return, it save me a trip to Roanoke, and I was able to return it though UPS Salem! All the employees are very helpful - yesterday, Daylan was very efficient helping us with shredding and copies. We totally recommend UPS Salem, 5 stars all the way!
