  Right after the snow and ice storm, I was told to sign a Hold Mail form because the Mail Clerk at the front desk said that they are backed up on deliveries. I signed the Hold Mail form and as soon as I about to write what date that they should continue to delivery, the Mail Clerk goes "Don't sign that part! We will deliver your mail within 24 to 48 hours once we get things cleared." I did what she said and gave her the form. 48 hours later and no mail was delivered. I go to the post office the next day after the 48 hours and they said, "We have no mail for you." A week or two goes by and still no mail. I go to the Post Office today and questioned why my mail is not being delivered. A different Mail Clerk goes, "Because you signed the Hold Mail form and didn't return the day after to get it!" Seriously! That is what she said! No one said anything about returning the next day and I came back after the 48 hours is up with them telling me that I have no mail! This office needs to retrain their employees about miscommunications and getting their facts straight.

  Only gave one star because you can’t give zero this post office is the shittiest post office I’ve ever dealt with they do not ever answer their phone. I’m always missing packages and have to constantly call and track my mail down then on top of it all my last package that they keep telling me was undeliverable because of the weather has been sitting at the post office since February 3 after telling me it was lost meanwhile while it’s sitting at the post office I do actually get two packages that I ordered, but they were left in my paper box at the end of my driveway. Someone needs to go in and clear everybody out of this post office and restaff and retrain shittiest post office I’ve ever dealt with. And I’m attaching a pictures of my last order that I was referring to, which is funny because it says it’s being held in Doswell post office but yet it’s in Ruther Glen and I never asked for it to be held.

  We know the weather is an issue. We have not gotten mail for 5 or more days. We see on Inform delivery what mail we are supposed to receive. Other neighbors have received mail and packages where we live. A neighbor said they saw a mail truck in our neighborhood and received packages.

  Once again the local post office gets even worse. After a supposed delivery, which never happened. I have to wait another day to get my packages!!! Great work!!! Instead of holding up to delivery times posted (showed out for delivery by 6:15pm) just deliver whenever you feel like it.
