- TBTom BakersfieldDec 7, 20231.0I usually don’t review anything but I ordered a package from GoRuck and it was priority mail , and it said in transit for awhile I opened two cases on it about where my package was and the first time , they closed the first case with out even speaking to me and the second time it closed because it said delivered we got the package off my porch right away and it was empty and broken with the contents missing and I try calling because it says open at 9 and no one is answering the phone but I believe some one at usps either stole my stuff in my package or knows something because I spoke to some one at usps not local Number and they said they are suppose to leave a note or mail if the package is open so I don’t k ow what thievery is going on but I don’t have a lot of money and take my packages not arriving or stolen seriously. 😡 😠 and I will be going to the office if it happens again because like I said I’m a poor or broke person as is spending money on Christmas presents for people and then this happens where my stuff is stolen and we got the package right away at 4:06 off my porch and it was missing the stuff inside not cool 🆒 .
