- NTNicholas Tritone3 days ago1.0Customer service from the window, 2 thumbs down. I went in and placed a letter in the mailbox inside the post office and forgot to check if there was a stamp on there. I went out and waited in line behind some people that didn’t have their life together patiently while the clerk worked with them. Meanwhile, four other people came in behind me and when it was my turn at the window, I asked if he could check to make sure a stamp was on that letter. He told me I would have to wait for him to deal with the other four or five people in line before he could walk around the corner and check the bucket to see if there was a stamp on it. I was there before all of those other people standing in line, I shouldn’t have to wait for all of them to do business with the post office.

Most are pretty standard, some are sub par, and some of them, like this location, have staff who make the experience above and beyond. They know your name and face and are friendly and always doing their best to help everyone, this is honestly my favorite post office of all the places I have lived and worked with for 37+ years. Bless all you beautiful souls thank you for making the mail such a noble and honorable and enjoyable experience. We love and appreciate your service and presence in our community!
