They have basically bent my mail box by hitting it with their mirror on the jeep. Glad I've gone paperless on most everything. If they were responsible for the sun coming up we would freeze to death.

They are very knowledgeable about the complex shipping policies for overseas shipping and was able to get my package shipped quickly (it helped that I had my paperwork done ahead of time -easy to do if you use the usps website and prep your package before you arrive at their location).

Had my item, my box and my shipping label, but needed to seal the box with a tape. The associate straight refused to hand me a small piece of tape to seal the box, claiming “ since it’s not premium shipping and only ground “ she can’t hand me a freaking small piece of tape? I had to buy a tape from their store for 4$ to be able to seal my box. Will i be using this tape again? Probably not. Such a horrible service, and i will not be back no matter how convenient it is. And mind you, the quality of that small tape i bought for 4$ is absolute trash. What a joke of a place

General demeanor being so rude when i forgot my ID for mail. Imagine being rude to people who haven't even done anything to do you. These people must really haye their lives. I yearn for the days where the government has no control over mail.
