The post office manager promised it would be delivered (Saturday, Monday and now on Tuesday and still no mail) and refused to hand over my mail on Monday. Frankly at this stage some or most should be replaced immediately. I personally have never seen this. Ever. Not over a catastrophe but over everyday mishaps that most people go thru and then still do their job. Complete incompetence.

Apparently thinking they would have copies to give us to fill out is just to much for federal employees to handle. I don't own a printer because I never need one. The entity has ALWAYS provided whatever document needed to fill out.
