- CWChianti WallaceMar 24, 20261.0I'm currently going through issues with them I had to go over their head still waiting for them to contact me today it's been go on a year since I had mail delivered to me because one of the mail workers Amy Battle that works there she kept my W2 and packages been doing stuff with my mail I got the info I need now just by theses reviews shows how much Melrose branch don't like to help their customers and they protect the drivers for their rudeness and unacceptable behavior but yes they will be getting sued this time..

The lady behind the desk obviously had some mobility problems, yet as soon as she could start helping people in line she did. With extraordinary speed, precision, and professionalism she cleared the line. Then she got to me. I had 40 individual envelopes to be processed. She managed it in record time and was able to help other customers while doing so! This will be my go to post office from now on.
