It usually takes a week for me to be able to pick them up. My last package was "undeliverable" and brought back. I called multiple times about it and they said they didn't have it. I then got a call from the supervisor saying they have it. I go to pick it up and the shipped it back to the seller already. Guy at the counter is rude, always has an attitude, and not helpful at all. Avoid this particular office if at all possible.
