- ASAdeira SizerMay 30, 20251.0Review Title: Unacceptable Treatment of Disabled Customer by Employee “Judy” Date of Incident: 5/30/2025 I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the treatment I received from a postal worker named Judy at the [Insert Post Office Name, e.g., Raleigh Court Post Office] in Roanoke, VA. As a person with a disability, I asked for reasonable assistance, which USPS is legally obligated to provide under federal accessibility laws. Instead of showing basic courtesy or understanding, Judy was blatantly rude, dismissive, and made me feel humiliated in front of others. Her behavior was not only unprofessional—it was in direct violation of disability rights. I have video documentation of the interaction and will be filing a formal complaint with the USPS Consumer Affairs office, the Virginia District Manager, and the U.S. Access Board. USPS is a public service, and disabled customers deserve dignity, not discrimination. I sincerely hope this office will take action to retrain staff on proper accessibility protocols and respectful customer service. I don't understand all the negative complaints on this worker and they're still allowed to work here

Mail carrier lied about the delivery time (I have cameras), kept my package in her truck all day and didn’t return to the office until after 5 so I was unable to access it. She didn’t even come knock on the door,.. she had the notice filled out and put in my box by the road; I was just inside. Beyond unacceptable.. I’d file a complaint but nobody cares. So thank you, US mail carrier.. for delivering me wasteful junk 90% of the time and not delivering the package I NEEDED TODAY!
