I got in line at 3:56 PM today, and as soon as 4:00 hit, Kevin rudely told me to get out of the line because they were “closed.” This happened even though I was already in line before closing time — which is incredibly unprofessional. Instead of locking the doors at 4:00 to prevent new people from entering, he continued letting people walk in, only to loudly yell “We’re closed” at them. His attitude was rude, and his slow pace was the real reason I wasn’t served before closing. Once someone is in line before closing time, they should be helped — not kicked out. I will never go back to this post office again, and I hope management brings in employees who actually know how to treat customers with respect.

We were so impressed a few days ago when one of the employees helped us locate a package that was delivered to the wrong house. She personally found the package and brought it to our house, shortly after we called to ask about it. Great customer service! Sorry we didn’t get her name but thanks much!

No parcel receptacle. No self service kiosk. Dropped off packages are often not scanned as received until they make it to Greensboro, NC, which makes all of my outbound shipments show as late. Bad for business! This location does not suit my needs, not to mention the vibe is atrocious when it is staffed, so I will not be utilizing it anymore.

I went in just to ask a question about setting up a passport appointment and the experience was horrible. Rodney, the bald guy at the front, was immediately rude the moment I approached him. I didn’t even finish my sentence before he cut me off with a nasty attitude. I was calm and respectful the whole time, but he acted like I was wasting his time just for asking a basic question. No greeting, no explanation, just straight-up rudeness and sarcasm. It’s like this guy gets off on treating people like trash. The worst part? There were other people around and he didn’t seem to care one bit. I felt completely humiliated and unwelcome. It’s sad to see someone so angry and disrespectful working in a place that’s supposed to serve the public. If customer service means anything to this post office, they seriously need to look into Rodney’s behavior.

Came in to drop off a package today and once again had to deal with the same bald guy named Rodney. I don’t know how this man still has a job. As soon as I stepped up to the counter, his attitude was already nasty — rolling his eyes, sighing loudly, like I was bothering him just for showing up. I asked a simple question about tracking, and he snapped back at me like I was stupid. He clearly has a problem with people who speak with an accent. I’ve never felt so disrespected just for trying to get basic service. It’s honestly disgusting that someone like this is allowed to deal with the public. The post office is supposed to serve everyone, not just the people Rodney personally approves of. Total lack of professionalism, no patience, and straight up racist behavior. I’ll be reporting this guy and avoiding this location from now on. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.
