Counted it out in front of her and had indeed shorted her. Said another woman was disgusting because she said he was rude. Will never go back there.

There is no customer service line you basically have to go up there and they act like you're the one inconvenienceing them when you ask for your package.

The guy at the counter is too busy trying to handle 5-10 people and not managing the one person that’s in front of him. All I came into is to buy stamps and he had me stepped to the side and wait 20 minutes for me just to get my freaking stamps! He’s too busy doing five different orders instead of working one customer at a time and he’s making us wait and stand in certain lines and separate places and it’s the biggest disaster. We were all talking about how this is the biggest disaster we’ve ever seen in a post office. All I came in for is stamps and I couldn’t even get those. I finally left after 20 minutes of being there and went to the kiosk to buy stamps and now I’m even more mad because the kiosk doesn’t give actual stamps just little printed slips and not actually postage stamps! This is a disaster!!!!!! I will go out of my way to go to Hollins next time
