- MCMelissa CDec 31, 20251.0The mail delivery person today (12/31/25) was absolutely horrible! I had a package delivered that was thrown in the ditch by our mailbox!! At least it wasn’t fragile since the area is full of rocks. Too lazy to bring up to the house since it wouldn’t fit in the box! This post office delivery people needs to be replaced. At least for my area. On top of that we are always getting mail for other people. I could understand if the address was similar but it never is. Get it together!!

As per our prior discussions, you agreed that as I live on a Carrier Route, mail is to be delivered to my door. Your letter carriers fslsify tracking and leave packages in the elements by the community mailboxes Where are my parcels? They are not at my door. You know full well that due to surgery I cannot walk. So. Where are my packages.?

- MCm chaudryDec 12, 20251.0Always had a bad experience with postal service. Some of the people ant this location are very rude. I recently mailed an express international letter for a cost of $75 and was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. It never got delivered. Called international USPS customer service many times and they finally almost 7 weeks after being mailed, declared it lost. This was POA, I had to put in a lot of effort and travel to DC to get it certified but they lost it and no apology. On top of that they sent me a form to fill and take it with receipt to post office to get mail fee refunded but my request was denied as according to the post office it was beyond 30 days since item was mailed. When I asked why didn’t your customer service know that and why would they make me take a trip to post office or why they won’t declare it lost in less than 30 days, there was no answer. Utter incompetence of an institution run with taxpayer money and these are “public servants” whose salaries we are paying. Total disappointment, will not deal and tell everyone to think few times before dealing with USPS. No wonder they are doing bad.
