- ACAnn CusterNov 14, 20255.0I visit this store at least twice a week—at different times of day—and I continue to be impressed by the team. The employees consistently remain courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, even when they’re handling a crowd in a very limited space. Unfortunately, I’ve also witnessed customers who become impatient or disrespectful toward staff. While I understand that waiting can be frustrating—even for someone like me who isn’t naturally patient—it’s clear that these employees are doing their absolute best. When a team is working efficiently, staying kind, and giving their full effort, there’s truly no reason to be dissatisfied with the service. To all the employees: please keep up the excellent work. A large majority of us see your dedication, appreciate your professionalism, and are genuinely grateful for the service you provide every day.
- RDrandall damonNov 5, 20251.0Completely broken business process. They've lost a package, which new processes now allow. They used to have to scan pkgs when they were picked up from the store, now they don't. They pick up the packages from the store, this movement is no longer tracked anywhere by anyone. The packages don't get scanned until they reach and are processed at the UPS facility. Mine left the store and was never seen again, with no way to know where it was stolen or "lost". Even better is the complicated process they now follow in cases like this. Store calls corporate. Corporate contacts local UPS facility. Local facility looks for the package they didn't scan. Then you either get an apology, or if you insured your Pkg, in a few weeks you may get a check. Lovely. Looking like No more UPS. FedEx from now on. Fair is fair, so I will edit this review in the event they somehow magically locate the lost package, and any remedial issues they may take.
