    I have shipped lots of packages here and on numerous occasions I have got billed for more money. I always add extra pounds and inches to make sure it’s enough. This only happens at this UPS store. It never happens at Fedx, USPS or other UPS stores. ( I actually get refunds from the others) I don’t understand how this happens..

    Shipped 2 scanners at 2 different types. First one this store packed themselves. I paid over 100$ for them to pack it. The buyer said the box was far too big and it was under packed. Scanner was busted. Seconded scanner I packed myself. UPS ended up breaking that one too. It’s terrible. Go to FedEx if you need someone reliable.

    I've had two bad experiences here because of employees not understanding what is needed. My in-laws almost got ripped off here when they tried to ship some art we made at one of those do-your-own-painting studios because the employee just didn't understand that these were personally made projects rather than precious/expensive artwork. They kept trying to make us insure it well beyond the value of the paintings and we ended up walking out/shipping them via USPS instead, less questions asked and for a LOT less with insurance. I also called today to ask about having a poster printed and was asked a LOT of questions about the specific topical written content on the poster - so nosey! I wasn't asked that by any of the other four companies I've spoken with for a quote today - I just wanted to know how much it'd cost to print a certain size poster, not go through the entire thesis with the employee. I think now that she wanted to make the poster herself rather than just print something I brought in - although I did explain that to her. Won't be back.
