I hope that my speaking with whom I got to speak with get this under control with the general manager of that is in control of the store and handles ipostal1 coustmers it is a privilege to be able to handle people's mail as well as legalities that come along with handling people's mail I was with The Mailing Service for almost 6 years at this location and two other locations and this is by far the worst location with coming down to wrapping a package that I paid a lot of money to be mailed when I was visiting family with packaging tape around another package and then questioning what's in my package when it was not any of his concern .as mail goes through the mail system at the end of the day and the negligence of the general manager with handling mail as well as an 8 year old birthday card from his great aunt just up and disappears when it was uploaded onto a mail portal as well as other mail that has disappeared or never recivceing a refund for someone's mail and basically paying their dollar pickup when it was placed in my mailbox and I didn't even touch it they just got a free mail pickup because I never received the refund from the assistant manager that told me it was going to be refunded this is by far the most craziest thing I think I've ever seen so I'm really hoping that they do replace this general manager and do look at the assistant manager as she likes to comply with the rules of the USPS as she says but doesn't and has been completely ignorant and rude to my husband for no reason all due to the fact that there was a very good general manager that she took his job for no reason if that man was still there there wouldn't be no issues .but what really topped it for me was the fact that my 8-year-old knew that he had a birthday card in the mail from his great aunt and I had to pick up and it was supposed to be there and lo and behold it was not there and I was done because not only was it uploaded to my online portal the man was too ignorantly loud and mouthy to everybody in the store that he makes Staples look bad as well as people that are dealing and picking up their mail and couldn't look for the card because I know that he took it because there is a lot of complaints about him and people's mail going missing so I'm hoping that other people that have had this issue reach out to Staples because I got to where I needed to be as well as he needs to be held accountable for his actions for his negligence for his laziness and his rudeness as well as the assistant manager good day

I don't like being rude, but this is hands-down the worst store I've ever visited. The staff can't even read properly, struggle to process payments, and the girl handling copies (with glasses) — doesn't have the basic skills to print a single copy. If you want to be treated like trash, this is the place for you.

Like other people who have commented before, I was treated very badly by the person in charge of printing today (Monday, November 3rd). She was rude and racist because of my skin color. I want to file a complaint against her.
