It's a $3-4 item they sell for $17+ in the store. This is abusive to the elderly or those who don't shop online. I wouldn't buy anything there physically after seeing this!

I had a large volume printing order that was printed at the main staples print shop, and shipped to this store. There was a material error that we worried would require having the order returned to the staples print shop, and sensing my concern, Jeff came up with a solution found at the store that made my printing order perfect. Thank you Jeff and the team working at Staples this evening, for helping me meet the deadline with our client, while having the materials that we promised them.

The problem is that they were very skilled at avoiding to acknowledge my presence. I tried at three different spots to get someone’s attention but couldn’t. I left. I’m convinced that they still never knew I was there. Should’ve stolen something.
