I'm going to be out of town tomorrow and I need my package today. I called the customer service line they said that somebody from a local office would call me back, no one called me back. I called the customer service line again that afternoon to find out where my package is and I explained that I was going to be out of town tomorrow and the girl said about four different times said it was going to be shipped tomorrow. I don't know what part of I'm not going to be here she didn't understand. I'm getting really tired of dealing with FedEx and they're poor service. This is not the first time I've had a problem the problems seem to be more frequently there has to be a better alternative than using FedEx because I am fed up!

The package was 15 mins away from its delivery destination and delayed over 12 hours ! Why does it take that long to go 15 mins up the road? I could have came and got the package but all they would tell me is the package was with the delivery driver
