    Jasmine who was working at the Pack and Plus section of this FedEx today provided truly exceptional customer service during a what felt like a very complicated shipping order. From the start, she was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. She took the time to fully understand the situation, explained every step clearly, and worked through challenges without ever making the process feel stressful. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine willingness to help went far beyond what I expected. Thanks to Jasmine, a potentially overwhelming shipping issue was handled smoothly and efficiently. She is a true asset to FedEx and deserves high recognition for her outstanding service!

    Went in on 12/1 to make copies. Both employees that were working had to assist me on the copier. Neither employee spoke to me.. Not one word.. not even "your Welcome" after I Thanked Both of them.. NO smile.. no greeting, not even a GRUNT in my direction. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!

    I have been at the Towers FedEx office twice in a week. Observing the staff working with varied people and ages. The guy and other workers displayed knowledge, honesty, professionalism, patience, kindness. I wanted to give a gift card.
