I went in with what felt like a really stressful package. It was too heavy for me to pack and get to my car, so I'd put it in my car in pieces. Mind you, this was roughly 50 pieces. With an impending snowstorm it was brutally cold. I confirmed that my package could be shipped from this location and asked if I could bring the pieces in to pack inside instead of doing so at my car. I also did not think I could even carry it from the car to inside once packed. Jasmine was so understanding and listened. She even offered to help me. I told her it was too cold, that them just helping me out with letting me do that was enough. She insisted on helping me bring it all in. I do not ship often, but I will 100% come back to this location.There was also a gentleman working who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't catch his name though. He overheard the conversation and let me know that there were carts by the door that I could use. Overall, a situation that had me extremely stressed and anxious was calmed by how helpful and friendly they were.
