Buy far the worst postal service in the world. Can not help that companies ship with them, so we have deal with it. Not all of the folks delivering our mail in riner should be fired, all but one. I never use usps to ship. Its either lost, packages are destoried, items get there brooken. They should go back to flipping burgers.

Yet again I had to call 6 times for this place to answer the phone before they closed & the lady who answered didn't sound like she had a good attitude & she didn't give me the good customer service they are suppose to give me. I asked her to put address change slips into our box but she never did like she said she would for us. So I'm going to guess it's still they same as before when they never use to answer the phone, give good attitude, & customer service like they are suppose to.. I ended up calling the Monday after that Friday of calling & a guy answered the phone immediately & actually helped us & was very kind. I explained what had happened from before & he made sure he put the slips in that very moment of being on the phone with me so he didn't forget. It was a shame with my experience from before finally having a good experience. Hoping & praying they start having a regular routine of doing better & providing the best for their customers!

Again nobody will answer the phone here and another one of my packages wasn't delivered even though it says it was. I am getting so tired of this.
