They lost my mail several times and rudely told me “this is a hub not a post office” instead of even bothering to look for any of my lost mail. Once, I actually received a very important document after over two months and having it resent through FedEx faster. Don’t bother wasting your money on faster shipping. They will probably lose your important documents or packages.

Found my package shipped it out. Took a trip around the world three times stayed in transit for two months and did not help me whatsoever. Please get this place help. This is not right the people pay for their packages. They should be able to get them.
