I want to share my experience at the UPS CaryTown Store. Recently I had a UPS package concern handle with the utmost thoroughness and persistence by Brandon at the CaryTown UPS Store. Brandon's knowledge, applied actions and detailed effort to the situation resolved my issue. Thanks to Brandon on this day theCaryTown UPS Store delivered 5 star service.

Dont get anything notarized here. They'll give you a shitty pen, tell you its fine, and when your documents get rejected - they'll charge you again!

I had a very concerning experience at The UPS Store in Carytown, Richmond, VA involving a missing package and unprofessional management conduct. Shortly after the holiday season, I visited this location to drop off two Fashion Nova return packages. A female associate assisted me as the store was nearing closing time. I clearly explained that I had two UPS return barcodes and that both returns were packed together in one box. I provided both scan codes as requested. Only one barcode was scanned, and I was given only one receipt, which I did not realize until days later. The associate appeared rushed due to closing time and initially discouraged properly taping and sealing the box. At one point, as the store was closing, I offered to help wrap and secure the package myself to move things along. The associate responded that she would “wrap it up tomorrow.” I explained that I was concerned because the box contained expensive clothing and shoes, and I did not want anything to be misplaced or lost. Because of these concerns, I refused to leave until I personally watched the box get fully sealed, which she eventually did. Despite taking this precaution, Fashion Nova only received one return. The second return valued at close to $300 was never received, and I am still financially responsible for the charges. When I called to the store to resolve the issue, the associate told me the manager would call me. The manager, Brandon, later contacted me and stated that I needed to contact Fashion Nova. He also claimed the associate said I only provided one barcode, which is not true. When I asked for contact information for a regional manager or higher-level supervisor, he stated that there was no one above him and refused to provide any additional contact information, responding in a dismissive manner. After researching this location, I noticed multiple reviews describing similar issues with missing packages, which is very concerning. Due to the financial loss and lack of accountability, I am filing a police report and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend exercising caution when shipping or dropping off valuable items at this location.
