    The older woman with red hair was extremely rude to the staff at this location. I have never encountered anything like it at any store in my entire life. I let her know that she doesn’t need to speak so demeaningly to her co worker and she gave me a nasty stare. She needs to be fired immediately.

    I needed to return 7 boxes of 25ft flex ducts. One is opened and no longer will fit in the box it came in so I was told I could go to any UPS store for assistance. When I came to this store I brought in the unopened packages and let them know I had an open one I needed a new bigger box for since it expanded and will no longer fit in the box it was shipped in. I was told UPS would have the labels, per my return instructions. The assistant manager asked me for the labels, I explained the situation and showed him my return details. He then proceeded to tell me they are Just a franchise and can't help me with any labels. I accepted this and asked if they could at least provide me a bigger box to repackage the opened flex duct. He proceeded to measure the boxes for the unopened ones to see if they had that size. I don't understand why considering I just explained it won't fit and as he began to measure, I re-explained this. So he asked me what size box I was looking for. I let him know I wasn't entirely sure and offered to bring the opened flex duct in the store but that it would need to be big enough to fit 25ft of flex duct. I explained SEVERAL times it was 25 feet of FLEX duct. He seemed incapable of comprending this and proceeded to ask me if I meant 25 inches..... (25 inches is less than the boxes he tried to measure that I brought in). At that point I had to leave. The apathetic attitude and lack of comprehension was unmistakable and the fact it came from an assistant manager was mind-blowing. I would not recommend this location to anyone that needs help. Because the assistant manager has no interest in understanding or helping customers.

    $14 for a cardboard box. What kind of scam is this? The economy's in the toilet and y'all gotta make 1000% profit on us poor plebs who only need a single box on an infrequent basis? Very uncool.

    I usually go to another UPS, but today I was in the area & decided to ship a package from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, who was so sweet, so helpful & so personable. We had several good laughs about my package, that looked like it was decorated for a child, but was for a friend of mine. I told her we are child like old ladies. Jennifer was more enjoyable to talk to then any customer service individual I've come in contact with in quite some time & I will definitely return to this location just b/c of my interaction with this fellow redhead. You guys are lucky to have her!

    "No good deed goes unpunished" rang in my head as the associate told me it would cost $3 to print a single shipping label. A merchant had sent me a duplicative necklace and instead of keeping the loot, I opted to let them know the mistake and ship it back to them which they gleefully agreed. Rather than showing an once of appreciation to their customers, UPS chose to charge 300% percent more than FedEx and 600% more than the library for the convenience of trusting them to print a shipping label. They represent the epitome of greed and unappreciation. I'll be avoiding them moving forward. However, the workers were kind. UPS was thoughtful enough to respond to my review and cite that the franchise sets the pricing. I wasn't clear that I already had this understanding. That I understand this locations managers/owners which represent this brand is whom this review is directed towards. Shame on UPS for allowing this behavior (and condoning it through opportunity).
