  Clearly the manager needs to train the employees! I went to the UPS store 1 day ago to have my package return to the place I bought it from , the employee looked clueless and it came back to me the next day on my front porch. Stop putting new people on the line that has no manager oversight. You know what makes me mad, that because of your mistake I had to recall the store and go through the AI props and then I had to wait for a human being to answer the phone, to straighten out the mess you people caused. There is no excuse for untrained employees.

  前几天有个女孩子很热情。我的邮件发不出去。她帮助了我。剩余其它的工作人员不是很友好。也许我们的语言不通。给人家带来麻烦。有个女孩子对待美国人有说有笑。可是对待我的时候她的脸色很难看。这几天打印价格表跑了好几次。这个女孩子服务我两次。就像谁欠她似的。让人感觉不舒服。服务行业应该对待客人都是一样的。她的服务太差了。这种员工应该好好的反省一下自己。如果你的服务不好。那你就换一个行业。服务行业首先是顾客至上。服务第一。希望整顿一下。

  Paid for Next Day Air shipping to NOT receive my package almost a week later and I still don’t have the package, been getting the run around with their customer service since yesterday about delivery. Live tracking doesn’t work so I was forced to wait all day after a 16 hour shift for a package that would never come that day. Customer service will lie to you over the phone about delivery times. If a company is offering UPS shipping, they can keep it honestly. Update: after 2 days, their location called to tell me they lost my package, my birth certificate. This place is a joke and the woman that spoke to me had this nonchalant attitude about it
