ETA: Jovon handled my issue this time and my mattress was delivered quickly. I won’t change the initial review but I can say if Jovon was the company I’d have left a better review. But in the interest of review transparency, my issue was handled quickly and appropriately. I just wish it hadn’t had to come to this to get resolution.
I will never use RXO again. If a business I want to buy from uses them, I won't buy from that business. This is my second go-round with them. In November of last year I bought a mattress to be delivered Dec. 16. They claimed they never got it and blamed Serta. I called Serta, they said they did receive it and signed for it they just lost it. Went back to RXO. RXO said they'd do a dock search and get back to me in 48 hours. They didn't. Mattress still lost. Serta finally had to cancel the order and re-order it. It took me a month and a half to get that mattress. The delivery people left trash in my bedroom, trash in the outdoor breezeway, and did not properly hook up the adjustable base. Turns out the mattress wasn't right for me, so I cashed in on Serta's 120 night guarantee. They are replacing it. The mattress arrived at the hub Feb 26 in Richmond. The earliest date they had for schedule was today, March 12. They texted me 1230-430. By 1230 I checked to see if it was out for delivery, the bars were all red and said delayed. I contacted RXO, they told me my window had been pushed to 2pm-6pm. Okay fine. Then at 230 I get a text saying I have to completely reschedule. The next date? TWO WEEKS OUT. "Mechanical issues" was the blame this time. I don't believe for a second they'll deliver it in two weeks either. Never, ever again will I use a company that uses RXO. Absolutely unacceptable.

RXO has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. My LG order (refrigerator, washer, and dryer) has had SIX delivery attempts over six weeks and still no resolution.
Attempt 1: Missing parts.
Attempt 2: Missing parts again.
Attempt 3: Delivery person wasn’t trained to bring appliances upstairs and said the only way they would deliver is if we sign a waiver stating that they are not responsible for damages, which of course we didn’t do.
Attempt 4: Refrigerator arrived damaged. They refused to do a partial delivery. I contacted LG myself for a replacement, and they sent one out.
Attempt 5: RXO claimed there was “ice on the driveway” and refused delivery.
Attempt 6: They showed up with the same damaged refrigerator not the new replacement that was sent by LG. They delivered the washer and dryer and said they would return with the new refrigerator. That refrigerator is now nowhere to be found.
They promise callbacks that never happen. Even the escalation team has been completely ineffective. The “case of the missing fridge” has now been dragging on for almost two weeks and we have been living with no refrigerator, since this was a brand new home.
Avoid LG and RXO at all costs. LG’s customer service has been just as disappointing they simply do not seem to care

Attempt #7.
After being contacted by RXO’s social media management team, we were finally told they “found” the refrigerator and scheduled delivery for February 16, 2026 between 3-7 PM.
We have been home waiting since 2 PM.
No call. No update. No delivery.
We tracked the order ourselves only to see this (see attached screenshot).
Seven attempts. Weeks of excuses. Damaged units. Missing parts. False delivery claims. And now another no-show without the courtesy of a phone call.
At this point, this is beyond incompetence it’s complete disregard for customers’ time and money. A company operating like this should not be in business. This is absolutely outrageous.
Update - Attempt EIGHT!!!! February 18th, 2026
Unbelievable. On the EIGHTH attempt, RXO managed to damage the replacement refrigerator (see pictures). This is beyond incompetence it’s outright negligence and a complete waste of our time.
We have been without a refrigerator since January 13. Eight scheduled deliveries. Eight failures. Missing parts, untrained staff, false excuses, damaged refrigerator and now they’ve damaged the replacement as well.
This is hands down the most incompetent, time-wasting logistics company I have ever dealt with. The level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Enough is enough.

**TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE**
-not enough space to back into door
-other trucks and cars are constantly coming in and out of this area and alot of them dont pay attention
-you have to wait for them to finish unloading delivery box trucks (usually done at 10 but might be extended until 11-12)
-they unload your truck by hand so no forklift used which means extremely slow
-they only put 1-2 people to unload your truck
Theyre getting an extra star because they have bathrooms inside that could be used by drivers but other then that, stay far away from this one

Avoid this company at all costs. They arrived to install the new washer and dryer, and also remove the old unit and place it in the garage. While removing the old unit they dropped it down our stairs and caused the property damage shown below. The unit was also destroyed as well. Upon installing the new washer and dryer, they left exposed wires which shocked my husband later that day! The delivery team tried to say they would just come back and fix the damage themselves. I said absolutely not and they filed a claim. Two days later we received an email showing our claim number and introducing us to our claims representative. After numerous follow up emails we had heard nothing. It’s been a month. Now we are tasked with having to get a lawyer. The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company.
