- RDRachael DuarteMar 6, 20261.0This place has terrible customer service.. the lady at the counter today gave me the entirely wrong receipt when I came in to return an item that Amazon forced me to return there. For YEARS literally I’ve been returning successfully and fast without any issues at UPS. I drove away as I had somewhere else to be.., THEN I noticed it. By the time I drove all the way back there the SAME customer was in there packaging up like 15 items into small bags for Amazon return..and when she was finally done, 5 people were standing in line pissed off 😡 this place needs serious HELP!
