The post office dismissive response because it was scanned delivered is very disheartening.

I came home from work last night and my mailbox was completely full of mail that I did not even get as old as almost 3 months ago. I also found a birthday card my dad sent for my daughter (back in MAY) already opened, and the money stolen out of it. This post office is by far, not the best-- they didn’t deliver my mail, some of it important, and probably stole from my child.

I checked the tracking and it randomly says, delivered at 9pm. In which I knew that was NOT true. I have two rings camera and my mailbox wasnt touched all day. This is 2025, a ring camera shows everything. Not to mention, i havent got any mail in 3 days. I have informed delivery, so i know Im missing items. I contacted them and the guy proceed to explain a house thats not even mine. I told him that I need that he was wrong and that i want to file a claim.. Moments later, i get a email saying thay they investigated this issue and my package was delivered... Mane im soo pissed. I will be speaking to the supervisor, supervisor. We all know theyre a union so they will "lie" together. But they got a fight on their hands. Im not going down easy.
