Don't know why this location has so many bad reviews because the staff here was incredibly helpful and kind when I was trying to ship an item. I already had the label and I brought the item to the office and the woman at the counter packaged it up for me and explained everything and was so sweet.

The worest post office ever! if I can I will give zero star!. I been visiting this officer for over two years now!. Everytime I wait for over an hour to send a piece of paper using priority mail!, the clerk there is very slow!. A lot f people come there, and always there is huge line of people waiting, they want to ship their mail. The clerk there really does not care about customer's time!. She is very slow and she make jokes with any customer stands in front of her face!, she laugh loud and ask if the customer have a joke for her!. Well, since she doing this process with each customer, then why they do not hire more clerks there to save customer's time? that will save customer's time while she is laughing and giving jokes!. Its matter of time!!. Since the location of this office is very important (in downtown) and a lot of people come there for business, they really need to have more clirks there, at least two more!. Since it is the nearest usps office to me I will never go there any more, I will drive extra 15 minutes to another usps office!.
