It is always a pleasure to go to the post office. With their strict adherence to statutory requirements and familiarity with digital systems - they are an outlier in the commonwealth's current administrative system. When no one else is there for you, the post office will be.

I paid for mail box keys over 2 weeks ago have not received a call to pick up keys yet ! I’ve never seen a place that seems so unprofessional and unfriendly in my life . What’s the expected time frame for a call to pick up mail box keys . Then after calling and being on hold for 30 mins knowing no one would answer over there I just hung up

We have been waiting for a package that has now been delayed for over a week. It was marked as out for delivery today. Our road is clear of snow and ice. Our drive way and front walk way are easily accessible. We have had no issues getting mail or other packages. They marked the package as "unable to be delievered due to no access to delivery point" which is entierly untrue. Very disappointed. My spouse and I work the next few days and will not be able to make it out to pick up the package. Very, very disappointed in the service we have recieved in our shot time at our residence.

The website and signs in the building say they allow walk ins for passport applications. Another location directed us to this location because they talk walk ins every day of the week. So we showed up with our one year old (who the passport is for), and the woman said she “wasn’t accepting walk-ins today” because there was only one designated passport counter available. She directed me either to the “mega passport center” in Midlothian which “accepts walk ins until 9pm and on Sundays” (which turns out is not true either) or to the electronic scheduler in the lobby, which produced an error. Amidst all this, we watched someone have their “appointment” for a passport and it took 5 minutes. Why they can’t fit in walk ins for a five minute request is beyond me.
