Twice we've come to get a passport application done for our child on a Saturday morning. Both parents are needed for a kid, so Saturdays are basically our only time to be able to do it. 2 weeks ago, we had an appointment scheduled. The person that was supposed to be there "didn't show up." We were told we could go all the way to Chesterfield for it, though. OK, thanks, but we scheduled here for a reason. Today, based on the website, we came in for walk in hours. When we got there, the person that I assume was supposed to be there 2 weeks ago for our appointment, said they "haven't done walk ins in forever." She said she can only do passports by appointment! But guess what, there's a facility in Chesterfield that can help us. This place is bogus if you need anything resembling passport help. You may as well plan a trip to Chesterfield if you need to get anything passport related done. On the way to Chesterfield now to see if they are as incompetent, understaffed, and unhelpful as this location.

I had a 9am appointment for my passport the worker isn't even here. I asked other staff when she would be in they couldn't provide a time. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

The clerks are professional and courteous. They take the time to answer questions that you may have on the mail services they provide.
