I've worked service, I understand how annoying it is to have work dropped on you less than an hour before closing. It wasn't 4:59, it was 4:25 when I walked in. To scold a grown woman because in public? You're a government employee, sir. That was embarrassing to see, and I'm sure more embarrassing for her.
