- SBStepan BiluiNov 13, 20251.0This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I stood in line, and the man sent me back to the end of the line, telling me to wait again because I had 15 envelopes and had already sent four packages. Absolutely awful service! I am visiting from another country, and I never expected such rude and disrespectful behavior. It was very upsetting and disappointing! Please provide proper training and a serious conversation with this employee about how to treat customers with respect. After waiting in another line again, he told me to wait once more and even publicly announced that everyone would have to wait because of me! In all my trips to the United States, I have never been treated this way. I am deeply disappointed. This happened on November 13 at 2:55 PM.

So I can get keys to get in my mailbox no one has contacted me or came out to the apartment complex to change the lock...I need some answer cause I have not been able to get my mail out the box since Aug.17 I need some help ..I need to get my mail .
