- KSKay SingletonFeb 19, 20261.0Due to the homeless sleeping in the lobby at night. They now lock the doors at closing. Now we can no longer go check our P.O. Box any time. Only during business hours. Which is a big inconvenience.
- BRBrian RiceFeb 9, 20261.0Its not clear to me why the blue post boxes have been moved inside so you can't drop off letters without even going in. Its not clear to me why the lobby is locked after hours so that you can't drop off a letter or access PO boxes when they aren't open anyway. What is clear to me however is that the big bald guy working there hates it and will be as unhelpful as he possibly can. Maybe you could salvage things by getting that guy a non-public facing role and turning the shop into a distribution center but as a place you can go as joe everyman to get things mailed it is useless.

I just moved here, started working with Poshmark and I was not privy to the process of packaging certain materials and labeling which you are somewhat left to figure out. They helped me, where patient with me and I am so grateful for their service! Totally refreshing and appreciative for them.. Thank you ladies! They are under staffed and for these ladies to handle the day to day business without enough help and do it with a smile is unmatched!
- MMmichael mcclsokeyJan 31, 20261.0I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today instead of delivering it to me they said they couldn’t because of bad weather it not snowing or even raining they have been delivering mail Thursday and Friday why is Saturday different then the other 2 days they delivered this week. when I call no one answers the phone called 5 times yall are by far the laziest most pathetic delivery service there is.
