With their strict adherence to statutory requirements and familiarity with digital systems - they are an outlier in the commonwealth's current administrative system. When no one else is there for you, the post office will be.

Not only were they not able to keep their criminal employees in check long enough to prevent them from OPENING the card I sent to my brother in Richmond , but then when I attempted to call to discuss the crime with , what I assumed would be a concerned post master, I called and was hung up on 6 times! Not only is it a disappointment to have this happen but it is mind blowing that they find the time to pilfer through other people's mail instead of doing the ONE THING they are paid to do. If you are expecting anything but a hassle here you are expecting too much.
