- FBFee BeeFeb 6, 20261.0I went early in the morning around 8:30am when I knew the lines would be light to pickup my mail. I'm going out of town and I got the informed delivery emails on Jan 20th (before the snow) for important documents I was expecting. I thought I was being proactive and mindful by picking it up since most roads are still icy with delays.The line was very light with only 2 people in front of me. The clerk took their phone numbers and said she will call them back about their mail pickup. When it was my turn, her tone changed and she stated she's not leaving the front and I needed to come back after 12pm. There were only 2 people that came in behind me, coincidentally asking for the same service. Why would I come back during lunch hour when it will be packed?????

Since moving my PO Box to this branch, I go days and days without receiving a single piece of mail. A couple of times I’ve questioned the staff about this and they magically find my mail somewhere in the depths of the post office. Very concerning.

Staff member who was working was definitely not in a hurry to provide service to people. Also our mail carrier went on vacation for a week and we didn’t get any mail delivery at all. There apparently wasn’t a replacement driver available.
