I have just been trying to get my package that has supposedly been attempted to be delivered but was “unsuccessful” so i selected pick up at post office. This was the address the computer gave me. I showed up, and i cannot believe the absolute rudeness the clerk gave me! I explained the situation and she just said they didn’t have my package. didn’t even check or ask my name, i asked her if she was sure because this is where i was supposed to get it, finally she asks for my zip code and just tells me to try the other post office up the road because they wouldn’t have my package. i asked her if she could just make sure it wasn’t here and she just stared at me and said they don’t have it, i asked 3 times before she finally said in a very rude tone, “did you just want me to actually look?”, um yes, that’s what i’ve been asking. she disappeared for all of one minute without asking my name or full address and just comes back saying they don’t have it. this place is horrible and they’re customer service is extremely disappointing and frustrating. USPS do better.

I don't live at 5802 Grammarcy court nor do i live at 5802 Kirckstone lane.My address is 5802 Grammarcy circle they are not looking at the complete address they just looking at the number not the street to.We should not have to run around looking for our mail.Something need to be done about it i don't won't to take this to channel 6 news because that my next step
