- SPSusan PDec 20, 20255.0I recently brought an important document to a different UPS store to be notarized, only to find out that it was incorrectly completed by the notary. I then went to the Carytown UPS. Tia, the notary there, was awesome and should get a raise. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She reviewed the document carefully and ensured that it was completed correctly. If you want something to be notarized correctly, see Tia. The staff has always been friendly and I have had excellent service at the Carytown UPS.
- EEEstoDec 20, 20251.0I went to the store dropped off an amazon return. I asked about printing service. I was told I could use the computer and pay for the copy at the desk, so I did. Then Brandon the store manager charged le 3.50 for using the computer and .25c for the copy I printed. I paid not happy about it I went back to the store and told him I was bot cool with paying 3.50 when I was not told upfront about the charge. He was very rude so I asked for a refund. He asked ke for the copy back. Overall he was extremely rude, nowhere in the store says 3.50 plus .25c for a copy and it was a waste of time. Good business practice would be to have a clear sign by the computer with the rate and not telling people you only pay for the copy. Poorly managed store the other ladies are great.

UGH NEVER USE UPS PLEASE FO WITH FEDEX FAR LESS INCOMPETENT. ONE PACKAGE HAS BEEM PUT FOR DELIVERY FOR A WEEK JUST GHE AAME CYCLE OVER ANS OVER EVERYDAY. SOME BS EXCUSE "BAD WEATHER" THE WEATHER HAS BEEN FINE!!!! NOW ANOTHER ONE HERE WE GO OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY NOW ITS BEEN CHANGED TO TOMORROW. THANK YOU UPS FOR RUINING KIDS CHRISTMASES. I had some work equipment that I needed to return and we also had snow. I can't take public transportation & due to the weather conditions, I was sketchy about getting a Lyft/Uber on top of the rates being very high. I called to see if they can pick it up at a cost. The rep quickly connected me to a mgr who agreed to pick it up once the weather cleared at no cost. He communicated effectively with me until the package was in his hands. I asked if I could at least give him a tip, & he said no, but you can put in a review. I highly recommend this location. Above & beyond, 5-☆
