Spoke to my UPS driver and he stated that this location has lots of missing package claims. Never had an issue until recently and losing 2 packages totalling over $3500 is terminally incomprehensible. Not sure if it’s the staff or the driver coordinating pickups but anytime you search for answers you get caught in the store vs driver blame game. If you ship anything of value you’ve insured KEEP YOUR DROPOFF RECEIPT. Their initial scan into the system doesn’t mean anything in terms of proof of drop off when filing a claim. I will be willing to delete this negative review once I receive answers as to why and how this can happen in two consecutive occurrences.
