Did not arrive in time causing customer to miss another day of work (signature required ) called them multiple times for compensation they never called back , finally got in touch and they refused to offer any money back and manager is totally incompetent. I would strongly advise to avoid !!
- DDDaisy DawnJul 8, 20251.0THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!! I am a frequent UPS shipper and I have my local spot that is amazing! But THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! The lady who helped me was super rude and extremely rough with my packages. I had QR codes which printed the labels. I always place them onto the top of my packages and asked her if we could do that. She just stared at me and said no because there was tape and she couldn't place the label over tape. I meant beside but before I could finish my sentence she slaped it on the side turned around and dropped the box behind her, turned back around and said next because I had two more boxes to mail. She then started to sigh and roll her eyes because I had to get to the next QR code and make sure I was putting it onto the right box. There wasn't anyone else there so its not like there was a line. My husband was with me or I honestly feel she would have been a lot meaner. She aggressively picked up the other boxes and flipped them onto every side shaking them around before throwing them behind her as well. I have never experienced anything like this mailing packages through UPS before. I would recommend everyone to avoid this location and this angry aggressive employee. As a customer service employee myself, I am appalled at her behavior.

He walked me through the steps I needed for my return and made it all so easy. Now this is the only location I use for Amazon returns because the customer service is just that good. One time I came in and saw he was training someone, and I really appreciated how he handled it, he let the new employee take the lead but was right there to guide and step in if needed. I did not get frustrated during the transaction once because of how organized the process was. It’s clear he enjoys his job and takes pride in doing it well. A smile on his face every time. Shoutout to Mirvet!
