The staff primarily men appeared unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Over time, the treatment felt discriminatory and made me extremely uncomfortable. My packages were frequently misplaced, and I would often wait over 20 minutes with no explanation as to why they couldn’t be found. Staff could never clearly explain what happened to my packages or why this issue kept occurring. Due to the repeated lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and overall uncomfortable environment, I ultimately closed all my services at this location. This was a very disappointing experience and not what I expect from a UPS Store.

Connor, one of the staff, was coming onto his lunch break and decided to hop right in and help with the long line instead of taking his break. it was much appreciated and really helped get through all of the people. He’s always very quick and helpful in other visits but this really stood out.
