Was informed by man on duty that "this happens all the time and unfortunately they will have to charge me for a box" unfortunately for him, I do this all the time and this is untrue. He stated the manager was on his lunch to which I responded I would wait. Manager stated the same thing after conferring with original associate. I won't be charged for a box and packing service when it is already paid by Amazon. I took the package to my normal UPS store in Short Pump and they received the package without incident and no charge was even mentioned. It took 20 seconds. I also checked with Amazon to make sure no box was required and check myself. Horrible experience for something that is a very standard process. Sometimes Amazon requires box, sometimes they don't. I won't be told by ignorant employees how things "actually work" when I do this all the time. Please educate your staff or discontinue your Amazon return service. It's not my problem your staff don't want to do their job. I had to wait a while for the singular employee to be ready and then had to wait longer for the manager to come back from his break. Waste of time.

Instead of UPS having goodwill, gratis and customer service, they charge $2.50 for printing on a $.03 of paper. I found it extremely piggish. Out of principle, I would never gratify them with $.01.
