Live tracking doesn’t work so I was forced to wait all day after a 16 hour shift for a package that would never come that day. Customer service will lie to you over the phone about delivery times. If a company is offering UPS shipping, they can keep it honestly. Update: after 2 days, their location called to tell me they lost my package, my birth certificate. This place is a joke and the woman that spoke to me had this nonchalant attitude about it
