  I ordered several rolls of the personalized wrapping paper. Of course, I can't get enough of seeing our pet and grandson on wrapping paper. Loved the sale price and quality of the paper.

  Is it possible to give Staples NO stars? The staff did not acknowledge me for about two minutes. When the person finally did, there was no hello, no smile, no words. They just looked at me until I told them I had an order to pick up and my last name. She banged into the computer, looking pissed that she had been interrupted doing whatever she was doing. She handed me my order, said, "You should check this over," and slid it across the counter. She walked away, facing away from me, going back to whatever it was, leaving me to look at the prints before I had to get her to ask her another question about needing any of the paperwork back. Again, there was no remark with a thank you, a have a good day, or thanks for using Staples. I understand you might not love where you work, but being a jerk to customers who have PAID for something is unacceptable. You have lost my service.

  It's weird that, after leaving a negative review on Staples online survey and acknowledging my comments, they still urged me to leave a review here on Google. I would not recommend this Staples location to anyone. The new copy center staff are inexperienced beyond very basic print graphics and they are uninterested in doing anything beyond pushing buttons. This Staples no longer carries the essential paper selection I need for print files I've been taking to them for years. Not having "mat finish" 11x17 inch paper, other than standard weight, is unacceptable for a business claiming to offer "full-service" printing. Even the self-service printers are not being maintained properly. Prints I made myself have toner marks and smears on them, forcing me to ask for help and a refund. To top it all off, the once public restrooms are now locked with pass codes and labeled "employees only." With the amount of time people like me are being made to spend waiting on prints and messing with the self-serve machines, the least Staples can do is make it easy to use the bathroom. It's like no one from corporate has ever stepped foot in this store to see what the customer experience has become!
