When attempting to return an Amazon item that was shipped in its original packaging, I was told they could not accept the return because they didn’t have a bigger box. I explained that Amazon shipped the item that way and just stuck a label on the outside and showed them the original label on the outer box. The sales associate told me to try another staples, maybe they would return it but he couldn’t. I drove over 40 minutes to this location only to be told to try another location because they only have small boxes. This is unacceptable because as I walked out the store I saw tons of larger boxes that the return could have fit in if they couldn’t accept it the way Amazon originally sent it to me. This is the second time I’ve been to this location in which there was an issue with returning an Amazon item. I visited an ups location in which they gladly accepted the return with no issues.
