The customer service at this location is horrible. When attempting to return an Amazon item that was shipped in its original packaging, I was told they could not accept the return because they didn’t have a bigger box. I explained that Amazon shipped the item that way and just stuck a label on the outside and showed them the original label on the outer box. The sales associate told me to try another staples, maybe they would return it but he couldn’t. I drove over 40 minutes to this location only to be told to try another location because they only have small boxes. This is unacceptable because as I walked out the store I saw tons of larger boxes that the return could have fit in if they couldn’t accept it the way Amazon originally sent it to me. This is the second time I’ve been to this location in which there was an issue with returning an Amazon item. I visited an ups location in which they gladly accepted the return with no issues.

Do not pick this location for an Amazon return. No matter what time I stop in there seems to only be only one person available to help and they are somehow always on break.

Came in at 9:45am to do an Amazon return. Guy in printing told me they couldn’t do it because they only had 2 staff members in the entire store and couldn’t cover the shipping counter. Very inconvenient considering I drove up here solely for this purpose. Please staff your store appropriately.

Customer service is non-existent here. I have many examples over the last couple of years, but today takes the cake. They are supposed to open at 8. I arrived at 8:08 and the door was locked and security gate was up. Two employees were inside and looked at me a few times and just went about their business, apparently not thinking that maybe the door/gate should be opened.
I finally had to CALL the store and ask if they were open and could please open the door. A lady said, "Okay, give me a minute." Not, oh, I'm so sorry the door was locked-- nothing. It was another several minutes before she actually came over and opened the door (and said absolutely nothing to me-- no greeting, no apology-- nothing). This is basic customer service out the window.
So I finally get in after a while of waiting, and I stand at the returns desk and continue to be ignored by all the employees. Finally one (one of the guys who just watched me stand locked outside for 10 minutes) said he'd be with me soon. I waited several more minutes and finally decided to call it a day since I had other things and work I really needed to get to. Unbelievable.
This is not an isolated incident. The employees here frequently treat customers like they're a bother. (There are one or two exceptions I've encountered. ) I worked retail in my youth and we were taught customer service, and I would be fired if I acted like any of these employees. But I guess that's an archaic concept now.
