  Avoid RXO at all costs! They are deceitful, rude and extremely inefficient. Delivery of item from Herman Miller had a “hard hold” placed because they say I never answered their calls or emails to arrange delivery. I had NO missed calls, voicemails or emails from this company. Herman Miller reached me using the same number and email given to RXO to ask me to please answer their calls. I called RXO myself, Sophia in customer service was exceptionally rude and arranged delivery 1 week later. Delivery date arrives with no confirmation call or text that was promised the night before. I called again and was told Sophia did not remove the hard hold and delivery to my area is only one day a week and will be delivered the next week. I was told I could have avoided this by answering their calls - again no missed calls or voicemails from them - ever. If a companion buy from uses this service I will purchase elsewhere. I will NEVER use RXO again.

  I cant express enough just how intensely awful my experience with this company has been. They are a contractor for Lowes in the area so be aware - do not order from Lowes in Richmond, you WILL deal with them. These installers left a water line open and it dripped into my walls. When I pointed it out, the installer said he didn't do it while standing in the water from the pipe - I tightened it myself to close it. Accidents happen, and its how you recover from them that defines you. These people denied, hung up on me, and were incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. I will actually go out of my way from now on to ensure these people never enter my home again. They took my old washer and dryer too so now I cant even do laundry. These people are atrocious.

  Appointment at 10:30, checked in at 9:00, and empty by 10:30. Plenty of space to sleep overnight. Friendly staff. Tight parking if other drivers are on docks.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid RXO at all costs. You'll thank me later. I usually do not leave reviews, in particular negative reviews, but dealing with RXO has been such a horrific experience that I feel like I should warn everyone. If I could give RXO negative stars, I would. My experience with them over the past month has been a total disaster, characterized by consistently missed deliveries and horrible customer service. Every single delivery was a guessing game. We were given multiple estimated times of arrival, only for RXO NOT TO SHOW UP – with no warning; phone call or text message; nothing! There was no proactive communication when things went wrong; we were simply left in the dark, waiting for hours over multiple days, and constantly chasing them for updates. And when you do finally get through to someone in customer service, prepare to be utterly frustrated. I was constantly put on hold which led to lengthy calls ending with unresolved problems. I was told our order was lost, then found and would be delivered, then lost again, then no shows, then lost, then no shows. It was ridiculous and frustrating. Frankly, they seem completely helpless in resolving any issues. It's clear RXO has no system in place to track or manage problems effectively. RXO has proven to be an unreliable delivery service in every sense of the word. If you value your time and your sanity, choose a different logistics company if you can.
