I recently had appliances delivered and installed through RXO as part of an LG purchase, and the experience was disappointing. While the driver and assistant were pleasant, communication was very difficult since neither spoke English well. They also arrived without the proper accessories to install my dishwasher, which forced me to make a $65 trip to Lowe’s for parts that should have been included since I paid for installation through LG.
Additionally, the team did not level the washer, dryer, or refrigerator, and they informed me—only upon arrival—that they could not install the gas range because it required a certified installer. RXO knew this was a gas range when they received delivery instructions on November 25th, yet made no effort to schedule a qualified installer for the following day.
I have contacted RXO’s customer support multiple times over the past three days, and every call ends with the same empty promise: “We’ll create a ticket and get back to you.” No one ever follows up. As of now, I have a fully unpacked but unusable range and no resolution in sight. With modern technology and proper coordination, this should have been an easy issue to prevent. RXO needs serious improvement in planning, communication, and customer service.

Installers pretended not to speak English to evade installing the washer and dryer. They were lazy, lied, and it was overall a terrible experience. I cannot believe that Lowes does business with this company. I will make it a personal effort of mine to get the install contract yanked and awarded to a more capable company.

Avoid RXO at all costs! They are deceitful, rude and extremely inefficient. Delivery of item from Herman Miller had a “hard hold” placed because they say I never answered their calls or emails to arrange delivery. I had NO missed calls, voicemails or emails from this company. Herman Miller reached me using the same number and email given to RXO to ask me to please answer their calls. I called RXO myself, Sophia in customer service was exceptionally rude and arranged delivery 1 week later. Delivery date arrives with no confirmation call or text that was promised the night before. I called again and was told Sophia did not remove the hard hold and delivery to my area is only one day a week and will be delivered the next week. I was told I could have avoided this by answering their calls - again no missed calls or voicemails from them - ever. If a companion buy from uses this service I will purchase elsewhere. I will NEVER use RXO again.

I cant express enough just how intensely awful my experience with this company has been. They are a contractor for Lowes in the area so be aware - do not order from Lowes in Richmond, you WILL deal with them.
These installers left a water line open and it dripped into my walls. When I pointed it out, the installer said he didn't do it while standing in the water from the pipe - I tightened it myself to close it. Accidents happen, and its how you recover from them that defines you. These people denied, hung up on me, and were incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. I will actually go out of my way from now on to ensure these people never enter my home again. They took my old washer and dryer too so now I cant even do laundry. These people are atrocious.
