- CKChae KwonFeb 21, 20261.0FedEx is not reliable carrier company. In 30% of delivery FedEx changes delivery time. This time package delivery time was Friday b/w 11:30 and 3:30. But I had to go out of town friday. So I requested hold package at pickup location. FedEx promised delivery before 5 PM. I was there to pick up. FedEx personal said they already received package for day, but my package not in location. I checked shipment tracking it showed still out of delivery and delivery time wa end of day. This Saturday morning status is still out of delivery. FedEx keeps saying out of delivery. That's all. I know big companies they don't really care of costomers'complaints. I told the sender NEVER NEVER use FedEx to ship to me.

The man at the counter was rude and had a bad attitude. He didn't respect the customers and made me leave without sending anything because of his behavior. He also closes the door at 5 PM and makes customers leave, even though the official closing time is 8 PM.
