This isn't in reference to this exact store. This is in reference to the company as a whole when it comes to delivering packages. I had a package delivered to me on Tuesday December 16th that was coming from StockX that was clearly swapped out by someone at FEDEX for something I didn't purchase. The package was not even suppose to be delivered without being signed for, but the driver lied and said I signed for the package when I was not even home. This leads me to believe that this driver may be the culprit who swapped out the item I actually ordered with something completely different. I contacted your horrible customer service department several times where no one made any attempt to help. Finally an Incident report ticket was opened which was then closed saulying I needed to reach out to the shipper about this issue instead. This is not something StockX did, but something someone with FEDEX did and it's a shame they are tolerating this type of behavior from their employees. All I want is my correct package or tobe compensated for my package being stolen by a FEDEX employee. This is really ridiculous

Paid well over $100 for overnight next day shipping from VA to Illinois. This was on Saturday. Was told it would arrive Monday before noon. Did not show. Called to escalate. Package still in Virginia Monday. Was told it would be expedited to arrive Tuesday morning. Didn't arrive. Called again, still in Virginia. Hasn't moved since Saturday. No one will tell me when it will ship. No updates have been provided. No refund has been provided. I called the store directly when the 800 number didn't work. They refused to help and just put me back to the 800 number. Strongly suggest using a different shipping company. They are completely unreliable with terrible customer service both from the store and from the company's 800 number.

As for printing, copying & office related operations this place is good..When sending packages, etc. also good..
However if there are any exceptions or issues or problems with a shipment, my experiences have been rather dismal. Can not really blame them..they can only rely on FedEX info which sometimes is very sketchy. I have had packages misdirected, held, shipped out but we're not actually shipped out.
It all goes back to the tracking number.
If it was not scanned or was...one package was supposedly sent to the UK where in fact it remained in the Ashland/Hanover warehouse where I ended up retrieving it in person...Now all these are exceptions however I would venture to say, "FedEX isn't what it used to be. Not recommended.
