Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Today, Darrell did a wonderful job taking and preparing new digital/hard copy passport photos. He understood the importance of taking time to get the job done right. Really appreciate your great service, Darrell! FedEx leadership: give these employees bonuses, raises, and promotions - they are exemplary employees in your company! Update: Management: please please please add a clear sign that says “line starts here for BOTH shipping and printing.” Those of us who have been customers for years are used to shipping forming on the right; newer customers form in the center for both services. End unnecessary unpleasantness for clients and employees alike!
