When I walked in, there were at least two employees behind the counter, but no one acknowledged me at all. I stood there for several minutes being completely ignored, even though I was right in front of them. Eventually, someone did help me, but the lack of basic courtesy and the long wait made the experience extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service.

I was dropping off a package and the woman in front of me was talking to the lady taking her package but the lady taking her package was holding and entire side conversation with a friend. So finally the lady in front of me had to ask “is that I you need from me.” And the lady said “yes.” The lady behind the counter was socially inept. She should have been focused on the customer, the woman in front of me, and passed her social conversation.
I was next and she continued her personal conversation and walked away from the counter to get her charger! Not sure for her phone or computer, but she got her charger and handed it to her friend (who was not there to mail a package but was sitting in a chair on the customer side of the counter).
I put my package in the counter and said “I’m just going to leave this here I have the tracking number - as she walked to the back for her charger.
I don’t believe I will use this fed ex again. Awful customer service. I don’t care if you have a friend visit you at work. Or even sit and visit with you BUT focus on your customers first. Then chat and do personal things when there is down time.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews…but this was too frustrating to let slide. Customer service from Nannette Was absolutely horrible. No warm welcome. She was very short with me and responded to questions as if I should’ve already known the answer. I shipped out my laptop (a $900 one to be exact) and honestly, she did not make me very comfortable knowing it would be in good hands and handled properly. Not to mention, they charge $28 for a laptop shipping box. Not exactly her fault, but just added to my frustration. If you want amazing customer service, and your valuables handled with care, I would steer AWAY from here.

I have used these folks for years, and watched them slowly descend into complete ineptitude. Today I was shocked that they didn’t know how to replace toner…..they are a print shop!!!!
A few years ago they had a great staff, but since COVID they have untrained people working. They seem yo have less business, too.
The final product was actually really good, but I waited over 25 minutes for something that should’ve taken 2 to 5 minutes.
The woman working there has a really sweet personality, however, is she does need some training in some basic customer service because with her personality, she could have made that situation so much better I think.
But I basically felt like I was in their way
