She handled my shipments quickly and easily, but what truly impressed me was how skillfully she resolved a very difficult situation with someone else’s package, remaining courteous, composed, and solution-oriented the entire time. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and keeps the 1111 E. Main Street location running smoothly and immaculately. If I owned a business, Toshina is exactly the kind of hardworking, talented person I’d want on my team. Any company would be very lucky to have her!

The woman at the counter assured me that if I left it, she'd call me shortly to get the details and would be able to print it shortly. As I type this, it is 8pm, and my print job is still not ready. So much for getting out my time-sensitive documents. If you are on a deadline, go somewhere else.
